DemandFactor is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and build strong, long-term client relationships. This position is fully remote, with flexibility to work across EST–PST hours. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling skills with strong organization, communication, and a customer-first mindset to drive revenue growth.Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, close, and handoff to Client Success</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on DemandFactor solutions</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing Analysts and Client Success teams to design effective, data-driven campaign proposals</li><li>Identify client needs, business challenges, and growth opportunities to recommend appropriate products and services</li><li>Develop and present proposals, pricing, and campaign strategies aligned with client goals</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, including pipeline tracking, forecasts, and client communications</li><li>Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and high customer satisfaction</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform sales strategies</li><li>Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales productivity tools</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach to selling</li><li>Experience in demand generation, marketing services, or agency environments is a plus</li></ul>

ResponsibilitiesThe Account Manager is responsible for developing profitable growth. Primary focus will be development of potential target customers based on a specialization platform. Includes forecasting annual objectives for sales, margins and volume growth. Expectations include the ability to sell at all levels of management and build relationships that ensure Avient will continue to get the first and last look. Individual must have the ability to assist customers in problem solving to deliver solutions, bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to their daily routines. This role requires the individual to perform the function independently with little to no direction and oversight, and effectively interact and influence at the managerial peer level.
