As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering all facets of our recruiting success across the organization, while benefiting from a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits package.  How You Will Contribute to Gifted Healthcare:<ul><li>Engage and Covert: Research prospects and respond to inquiries to convert prospects into interested candidates </li><li>Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews: Initiate initial contact and conduct pre-screening interviews </li><li>Evaluate Candidates: Assess, qualify, and disqualify applicants based on their suitability </li><li>Build Networks: Develop and maintain networks to generate candidate referrals </li><li>Participate in Events: Attend and represent the company at industry recruiting events. </li><li>Negotiate and Close: Manage the full cycle recruitment, including extending offers and closing with candidates </li><li>Fill Positions Efficiently: Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions </li></ul> What You Bring to the Table:<ul><li>Recruitment Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment, including pre and/or post-COVID contract staffing experience</li><li>Relational Skills: Ability to relate to a diverse range of people and establish meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients </li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a client / nurse-centered approach </li><li>Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team </li><li>Time Management: Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks </li><li>Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under deadlines and pressure </li><li>Self-Motivation: A goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success </li><li>Social Media and Marketing Experience: Active presence on LinkedIn and Facebook coupled with knowledge of effective marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote job openings </li><li>Innovative Sourcing: Utilize your ability and experience to source and select talent through creative methods while staying up to date with the latest trends in the nurse recruitment industry </li><li>Full Desk Experience: Proven experience managing a full desk, including sourcing, submitting, and client relations </li><li>Proven Excellence: A track record of receiving awards or recognition for outstanding performance, or possessing certifications that distinguish you in the nurse recruitment field </li><li>Computer Literacy: Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> Location: Remote - USCompensation: The salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000, based on your experience, skill level, education, and overall qualifications. In addition to your base salary, this position offers uncapped commission earnings potential, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your total compensation based on performance.

The Inside Sales Support Associate position works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain crucial relationships with the internal team, external sales representatives, and customers. Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions.

*This is a permanent remote position. Must be willing to work Central Standard Time (CST) but open to candidates located in Mountain Time (MT) or Eastern Time (EST). Please note this position would require travel to the Headquarters location (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week.
