The Plant Manager is accountable for safe and compliant operations, contractual availability and reliability, disciplined cost management, long-term stewardship of generating assets, and development of a high-performing 24/7 organization. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, major outages, overhaul planning, critical-spares management, and long-term asset management strategies to optimize reliability, availability, and lifecycle cost.
