Active NMLS registration required• 5–7 recent years of Mortgage Loan Officer or similar mortgage origination experience• Must be based in Houston, TX or Tulsa, OK• Proven ability to self-generate mortgage business• Strong Realtor, community, corporate, and referral relationship experience• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending products, policies, and practices• Experience taking applications and recommending mortgage products• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills• Self-directed and comfortable developing business independently• FHA, VA, Freddie Mac, construction, bridge, and reverse mortgage experience preferred• CRM, MMI, HomeBot, and social media experience preferred• Comfortable using technology and digital tools. • Recommend mortgage loan products and take applications• Respond to member mortgage inquiries• Develop referral relationships with Realtors, community leaders, corporate contacts, relocation professionals, and members• Proactively generate new mortgage business• Build repeat and referral business• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management• Work with internal teams to ensure originated loans move effectively through closing• Maintain active NMLS registration• Complete required compliance training• Use CRM, MMI, HomeBot, social media, and digital tools to support business development.
