What we are looking for: • Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of CIS and/or Utility Industry experience • Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
