Education & Experience 5+ years of experience designing or implementing network solutions (L1/L2 Wireless), Software and Services for large or complex clients in Substation Automation, Material Handling, Discrete / Automotive, Mass Transit or Process Markets 5-7 years of demonstrated success developing & leading remote teams of both new & incumbent associates Bachelors degree in engineering (preferred) with a focus on Networking & Ethernet based communications Experience working with cross functional teams including Solution Architects, Solution Line Managers, Product Managers, Sales and Marketing Proven Track Record of managing, coaching and promoting associates aligning to succession plans Abilities Demonstrate the ability to translate complex or technical requirements with non-technical stakeholders Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of key technology and market trends, and competitors solutions.
