High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred but not required; 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Sales, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, F&I Manager); Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week). You will work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas within the dealership and then use established and proven consulting services programs, as well as your industry knowledge, to help solve these issues.
