As a Senior Consultant on the Valuation & Modeling team, working on either Consumer or Technology Media & Telecom industries, you will be responsible for: Performing financial reporting valuations for business combinations, including purchase price allocations, enterprise values, intangible assets, and legal entities. Experience applying cost, market, and income valuation approaches and methodologies, including discounted cash flow, guideline public company, guideline transaction, excess earnings, relief from royalty, with-and-without, comparative sales, replacement cost, and capital asset pricing model methodologies.
