Minimum of two (2) years experience in children’s mental health, DCPP, juvenile justice, and/or a related public sector human services or behavioral healthcare field, providing community-based services to children, youth, and young adults, and their families/caregivers. The Care Manager facilitates access to behavioral health, substance use, and intellectual/developmental disabilities therapeutic services, ensuring that every youth receives the right services at the right time as part of an integrated service plan.
