You will partner across the broader People team and with internal stakeholders to guide activities including performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations to support a growing and dynamic organization. As a member of the People Business Partner team, you'll have the opportunity to partner with leaders, managers, and employees in our Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal organizations to align our people strategy with our business strategy.
