Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and leader of the Business Development Organization, you will play a pivotal role in achieving RS&H''s long-term strategic vision, leading national business development efforts, strengthening key client partnerships, and driving innovation across traditional aviation markets and emerging sectors such as Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). Role Summary:The Vice President, National Aviation Market Growth Leader serves as the firm''s primary market-facing aviation growth executive and is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide growth strategies, client engagement plans, and revenue initiatives across the aviation market.
