You will gather and clarify business needs, document processes and requirements, support solution assessment, assist with testing, and collaborate with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to create clear project documentation. Draft and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation.
