In this role you will be assisting with the preparation, seasoning and cooking of meals for residents who choose to call The Bristal home as well as employees – and all as directed by the Director of Food Service or the Sous Chef. Additional responsibilities include: Helping to prepare food for the next meal service, which includes chopping, measuring and mixing ingredients according to established recipes.
