p>RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work directly with team lead and client for program best practices and delivery • Deliver renovations and monitor the delivery of new stores by other team members • Engage the client early on in the design process • Manage Owner Supplied Material orders and tracking • Control the project schedule and align all stakeholders • Maintain an Anticipated Costs Report with accurate and up-to-date project financial tracking • Lead weekly program calls for all active projects • Engage in project-specific calls and meetings with specific project teams • Track value add, innovation, and changes • Support the client with organizational and process design • Bring innovation, leadership, and inspiration to everything the team touches • Provide input into resource allocation and budget utilization • Mentor JLL and client employees to support a unified delivery process • Use good judgment to adjust course when necessary to accommodate specific stakeholder practices.
The successful candidate will possess:
• Preferred Experience in Restaurant Project Management / Construction Management • The ability to engage diverse working groups, inspire ideas, and drive work product • The optimal candidate will be confident in providing proactive project management solutions that not only deliver a high-quality retail store (on-time and under-budget), but also create value, new ideas, and process improvement for the client.
