Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. The yearly salary range is as follows: Associates: $100,000-$150,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000-$200,000; Partners: $190,000-$275,000.
