Assist members through consultation, giving verbal and written email information, including but not limited to – directions, attractions, hotels, State parks, other areas of interest, weather conditions, road closures, member information, discounts, and rewards program. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound member interactions while identifying opportunities to promote memberships, credit card offers, and other valuable club products.
