Initial focus will include participating in rules extraction effort of existing state systems, executing quality control tasks as related to the rules extraction process including verifying 100% coverage, and consum-ability of outputs by IES business partners and business analysts to inform the to-be system business rules, identifying rules to carry forward into the to-be system and those that will be retired in collaboration with agency business partners working within the guiderails of the project scope. Identify and document as-is and to-be IES system requirements and design using the IES prescribed business analysis methodology, processes, toolkit and tools including but not limited to context diagrams, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, user interface specifications and mockups.
