Within the Division, the FEMA Line of Business delivers preparedness, response, and recovery services - including disaster recovery, Public Assistance, grants management, and resilience support - to state, county, municipal, and tribal government clients nationwide, drawing on programmatic knowledge of the Stafford Act and FEMA's Public Assistance Program. FEMA Region 4 is one of the practice's largest and most active regions, serving clients across the Southeast - Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee - an area that sees frequent, high-severity disaster activity and sustained demand for Public Assistance and grants management support.
