Reporting to the Lead Software Engineer and collaborating with the Director of Engineering Technology, this position owns software components end to end - from design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support - across a three-layer geospatial (Esri ArcGIS), work-management, and agentic-AI platform that serves the Firm's highway and infrastructure maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a versatile generalist who writes robust, secure, well-tested code; is comfortable working across backend, data, integrations, and field-facing functionality; prioritizes reliability and security over interface polish; and thrives in a high-ownership environment.
