Materials planning and process planning based on Supply Chain Schedules, RCCP, and S&OP outputs, comparing required materials to those available, supporting the change to production plans to address material availability, analyzing the materials schedule and its effects, ensuring alignment with procurement/material supply, optimizing materials and inventory, tracking changes and adjusting material replenishments, managing materials item master data and relationships with local vendors, and escalating material delays and working with procurement to avoid potential risks. Close visual acuity to perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection), using measurement devices and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at a distance close to the eyes.
