This position ensures that IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and business systems effectively support the company’s manufacturing and business operations The IT Director will be a hands-on leader who works closely with executive leadership, operations, engineering, finance, HR, and other departments to identify technology needs, improve business processes, protect company information, and ensure reliable and secure IT services. Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including access controls, endpoint protection, backups, security awareness, vulnerability management, incident response and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
