Vendor & Contractor Management - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure contracted maintenance services meet store needs; lead facilities staff and contractors in delivering timely, cost-effective operations services; coordinate emergency response; manage vendors through work order systems, regular check-ins, and performance evaluation. Deep expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and executing technical services required to maintain and improve buildings - including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire alarm, janitorial, landscaping, flooring, lighting, furniture, warehousing, pest control, interior plants, and call-center services.
