In your first year, you’ll focus on guiding high-value technical engagements, enabling successful platform adoption, shaping multi-team transformation strategies, mentoring other Solutions Architects, and helping customers see GitLab’s differentiated value in an evolving AI and DevSecOps market. You’ll act as a strategic technical advisor and, for assigned accounts, serve as a strategic technical partner who guides complex evaluations, shapes long-term architecture choices, and helps customers modernize how they plan, build, secure, deploy, and monitor software.
