Partners with site leaders to assess facility conditions and prioritize upkeep, repairs, and capital improvements for roofs, rooftop HVAC units (RTUs), restrooms, parking lots, and related infrastructure to support safe, reliable operations. Develops and drives MHE and facility capital strategy, including asset lifecycle planning, repair-versus-replacement decisions, spend benchmarking, bottom-up budget development, make-versus-buy analysis, and competitive bidding in partnership with key stakeholders.
