Job Summary: The Aquatics Specialist provides operational and leadership support for the City''s lifeguard program, with primary responsibility for scheduling, training, staff development, performance support, recruitment and retention, safety audits, and coordination with Pool Managers and Aquatics leadership. Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Work Environment: Work is performed in indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities with frequent exposure to water, humidity, heat, noise, pool chemicals, and changing weather conditions.
