Preferred experience with Colleague Student Finance (Student Accounts Receivable) and an understanding of its integration or touchpoints with Colleague Finance, supporting Colleague Finance implementations, enhancements, or optimization projects, experience participating in business process improvement initiatives within a college or university, exposure to SaaS environments, cloud-based solutions, or higher education technology modernization initiatives, previous experience providing functional consulting, customer support, or training to higher education institutions. In this customer-facing role, you''ll leverage your knowledge of Colleague Finance and higher education financial operations to help institutions solve business challenges, implement new functionality, and improve how they manage their financial processes.
