Oversee the delivery of inpatient rehabilitation services, as well as outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services and outpatient audiology/hearing aid dispensing services to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care. Provide leadership, direction, and supervision for rehabilitation services staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, therapy assistants, therapy aides, orthotists, audiologists and administrative support personnel.
