Education and Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS administration, or related field + Prior leadership experience required, including supervising employees and/or Level I supervisors + Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements + Hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS required + Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered + Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred **Core Knowledge and Skills** + Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, processes, and data management best practices + Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Strong customer/client orientation with a service-focused mindset + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills + Ability to understand, interpret, and follow technical and operational directions + Planning and project management skills with the ability to execute system-related initiatives **Supervisory Responsibilities** + This position will directly manage 1 Lead HR Systems Analyst (individual contributor) **Salary Range:** $84,608 - $121,840 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus, subject to plan terms.
