This involves either direct or indirect responsibility for staffing, budgeting, fiscal planning, telecommunications, physician recruitment and relations, growth and development of new service lines, equipment purchases and maintenance, and facility development. Directs, supervises all operations and coordinates all provider activities in collaboration with medical dyad for the assigned area of responsibility.
