Collaborate with Lead Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA personnel, cybersecurity teams, and other stakeholders within an Agile environment, participating in Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while communicating estimates, technical issues, dependencies, and risks. The developer will analyze existing VistA functionality, implement MUMPS/M software modifications, troubleshoot defects, and support the transition from SSN-based processes toward approved enterprise identifiers while reducing exposure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
