Analyze Software Resources Data Report (SRDR) to develop analogies and Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs) based on different software metrics such RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows), Function Points, or other Agile Metric. • Develop cost estimating methods, prepare and maintain cost estimates, support additional data collection efforts, develop risk assessments, document estimates, and prepare and present briefings to Navy leadership.
