The ideal candidate combines strong legal expertise with practical business judgment and possesses significant experience supporting real estate, property management, multifamily housing, investment, financial, or related business operations. The General Counsel serves as AFI's legal advisor and strategic legal partner, providing leadership and oversight for the Company's legal affairs, risk management efforts, and Compliance, Litigation & Insurance (CLI) team.
