Foster collaboration with campus partners on prevention related work such as Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC), Ethics, Integrity, and Compliance Office (EICO), Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT), Organizational Learning (OL), Staff Human Resources (HR), Academic HR, Wolverine Wellness, Department of Public Safety (DPSS), the Coordinated Community Response Team (CCRT), and the Workplace Violence Prevention Working Group. Prevention, Education, Assistance & Resources (PEAR), a unit within the Equity, Civil Rights and Title IX Office (ECRT), provides presentations, workshops, professional development, and resources focused on the prevention of sexual and gender-based misconduct for employees across U-M's Ann Arbor, Flint, Dearborn campuses, and Michigan Medicine.
