The attorney will independently manage sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution, including depositions, substantive motion practice, written discovery, mediations, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, legal research and writing, litigation strategy, and client communication. Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation experience, significant deposition and motion practice experience, discovery management experience, mediation and trial preparation experience, and the ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.
