This internal, non-customer-facing role partners with Service, Parts, Sales and Used Cars to ensure inspections, repairs, and reconditioning are completed quickly, accurately, and documented in the DMS. Responsible for writing internal service repair orders for used cars, creating estimates, dispatching this type of work into the shop for the technician to work on, and/or sublet repairs when necessary.
