This role will assess training needs; develop learner-centered content using tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline 360; and create practical training aids, curricula, scripts, assessments, scenarios, knowledge checks, and accessible learning materials that help users understand systems, processes, data, and operational workflows. This position requires strong facilitation, instructional design, communication, analytical, accessibility, and quality review skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technical information into clear, engaging, Section 508-compliant training content and support LMS-based course delivery and tracking.
