Depending on experience the individual may work closely with operations, tax specialists, technology teams, and external stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of solutions that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of tax reclaim processes. Liaise with tax authorities, custodians, agents, and internal teams (Operations, Legal, Client Service) to resolve issues and monitor progress or work with stakeholders across operations, tax, technology, and change teams to deliver improvements.
