While the primary focus of the role is solution development and automation, experience supporting victim services programs, Tribal communities, or other human services initiatives is highly valued as it enables the specialist to better understand program operations and develop tools that align with recipient needs and organizational objectives. Experience developing workflow, reporting, case management, or collaboration solutions that support victim services, social services, public safety, grant management, or capacity-building programs.
