Your job will include scheduling patient surgeries, answering phones, explaining to patients how we work and our fees, answering questions, taking down insurance information, scheduling and running financing applications, coordinating with the local surgery managers. You will be part of a call center team supporting 4 markets and 16 offices that specialize in wisdom teeth removal.
