This role serves as the primary connection between site leadership, operations, maintenance, engineering, and the central STO organization, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and schedule-compliant execution of Shutdowns, Turnarounds, and Outages throughout the region. The Regional Turnaround Manager is the regional STO leader responsible for providing planning, readiness, execution support, and post-STO performance improvement across multiple sites.
