Provide case management services including intake, assessment, financial entitlements/benefits, budgeting, crisis intervention, case conferences, referrals for adjunctive services, advocacy, and liaison with other community and governmental agencies. Preferably hold a Master's Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health, Human Services, or a related discipline.
