Partner with Procurement, Finance, and other business stakeholders to strengthen supplier selection oversight, including evaluation criteria, scoring guidance, decision documentation, and alignment with sourcing processes. Assess current supplier management processes, manual workflows, trackers, tools, templates, and reporting practices to identify gaps, risks, duplication, and opportunities for improvement.
