Position Summary: The Technical Proposal & Solutions Specialist supports organizational growth and execution by converting Federal Government requirements, technical inputs, and site-assessment information into clear, compliant, and executable proposal content and technical documentation. The ideal candidate can work across Business Development, program/project management, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field operations to produce technically credible responses while preserving clear ownership of engineering decisions, pricing, and project execution.
