What we are looking for first is an experienced Field Service Engineer who can arrive at a customer site, approach a complex machine methodically, understand how its electrical, mechanical, controls, and motion components work together, isolate the cause of a failure, and take ownership of getting the equipment operational again. As pro-beam continues to expand its U.S. technical capabilities, we are looking for an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer who can take ownership of complex industrial machinery in the field—from installation and commissioning through troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing service.
