Deep working knowledge of EFTA (Reg E) and TILA (Reg Z)/CARD Act as applied to card products, plus familiarity with TISA (Reg DD) and UDAAP; hands-on experience with card network rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) is a big plus. Own end-to-end compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program, including card marketing, checkout, onboarding, wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), disputes, and servicing, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, and Operations throughout the development lifecycle.
