Lead Global Validations & Beta Period of tooling/process products by working with Wind Engineering, Product Line, Regional Execution Teams, EHS and etc. to ensure timely and realistic trials; this will include the establishment of validation teams, identification of site / location, logistics, work instructions, execution and data collection / report outs. Establish global training requirements & strategy for new products; this will include building a curriculum, creating training levels, leading training sessions globally, & any additional knowledge transfer of use, handling, and maintenance of new tool / automation products.
