ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drafts, Evaluates, Negotiates, and Executes contracts, including, but not limited to, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Subcontracts, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Task Orders, and Purchase Orders review of customer proposed terms and conditions. Performs tasks as assigned to include, but not limited to, planning, bidder prequalification, development of bidder lists, development of bid solicitation packages, bid analysis, negotiations, administration, change management, and closeout.
