ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of Study Experience solutions go‑to‑market planning, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, internal and external communication materials, promotional activities, evidence of value, and other deliverables, as appropriateCollaborate with product, professional services, sales, and marketing teams to develop value propositions and key messages, based on a robust understanding of solutions, customer needs, and competitive differentiationCollaborate with marketing teams to deliver a strong value proposition and messaging that helps Medidata create separation between us and the competitionPartner with sales and professional services to secure testimonials and proof pointsIncorporate competitive and market intelligence into the analysis required to arm the field against the competition and highlight our market strengthConceive and create thought leadership and educational content to broaden the awareness and understanding of the Data Experience, including the development of abstracts to earn speaking engagements at industry conferences and presentations at those eventsLeverage approved AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of sales and marketing materials, and ideate and execute ways to use AI to support other teams in their sales and marketing activitiesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Data Sciences, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years of related experience, ideally with knowledge and experience in the healthcare and life sciences industryThis position requires both creative and analytical skills, as well as the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts for maximum understandingGood go‑to‑market development, presentation, collaboration, and communication skills, and the ability to build solid working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the businessStrong writing and editorial skills, and proven content creation experienceAbility to partner cross‑functionally with product, professional services, sales, marketing, and offering management to enable strong market readiness and successful adoption and traction of products in the marketExperience in designing and executing marketing and communications programsSelf‑motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional mannerSalary RangeNYC Metro Area: $114,750 – $153,000California Bay Area: $121,500 – $162,000Boston Metro Area: $113,250 – $151,000Texas or Ohio: $101,250 – $135,000All other United States locations: $102,750 – $137,000Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. It will work with the product development team, product marketers, and global and demand marketing and sales enablement to develop and communicate go‑to‑market plans, develop value propositions by persona and sales segment, and position products in the marketplace that demonstrate the value of Medidata's Study Experience capabilities.
