Perform management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, and assigning work across the portfolio of projects, monitoring performance and provide feedback as it pertains to performance and goal setting, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems. Oversees a portfolio of continuous improvement engagements identified to materially improve business performance, shapes the deployment of continuous improvement methodology, and develops tools/analytics to drive cultural and organizational transformation to accomplish business objectives.
