Manage capital, maintenance, and reliability improvement projects from conception through completion, including scope development, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, permitting, design, procurement, bid package development, contractor selection, construction management, commissioning, and project closeout. Lead and support Management of Change (MOC) processes for facility modifications, operational changes, equipment installations, and process improvements to ensure changes are evaluated, documented, and implemented safely and effectively.
